We are a physical factory with 19 years of production experience and currently have more than 100 skilled workers. We support on-site visits.

What materials are available for your products? Do they meet environmental standards, and can you provide relevant certificates?
The materials of our eco-friendly bags cover a variety of mainstream options, including 60-120g non-woven fabric, 10-16oz canvas, cotton, nylon, PP woven fabric, recycled PET fabric, jute fabric, etc. We also provide lamination (glossy film/matte film) technology to enhance durability. We hold certificates such as CE and ISO. In addition, if you have special requirements, we can also apply for relevant certificates for you.

Can you provide customization services? How much do samples cost, and what is the production cycle?
We provide full-process customization services, including material, size, color (matching ROL color card), printing (silk screen/heat transfer/embroidery), structure (adding zippers/pockets/handles), etc. Whether it is brand logo printing or exclusive style design (OEM/ODM), our professional designer team can connect and implement it.
○ Samples: Blank samples are free (only freight needs to be borne). Samples with customized designs require a small fee, which will be fully refunded after the order is confirmed.
○ Cycle: Sample production takes 3-7 days, mass production (500-5000pcs) takes 10-20 days, and the cycle for urgent orders can be negotiated and shortened to within 7 days (subject to capacity confirmation).

How to handle quality problems with orders? Is after-sales service guaranteed?
We will protect your procurement rights and interests throughout the process. If quality problems (such as printing defects, stitching falling off, material mismatch, etc.) are found after receiving the goods: Please provide photos/videos of the problematic goods in a timely manner, and we will respond and verify within 24 hours. If it is confirmed to be our responsibility, you can choose according to your needs: free re-production, reissuing the corresponding quantity of goods, or negotiating a refund according to the proportion of the problem. All after-sales solutions will be implemented within 3 working days to ensure that your subsequent use plan is not affected.

b. Quotation---Reasonable quotation with clear specifications, such as width, length, weight, the usage, the quantity
c. Sample confirmation---Sample could be sent before the final ordering.
d. T/T in advanced, and the balance could be paid before shipment.
e. Production---Mass production.
f. Shipping--- By sea, air or courier. Detailed picture of package could be provided.
